Death is such a strange strange thing...

Below are a series of images taken after an incident

involving a flock of birds. Most of them had managed

to realize that a window, is in fact, a window, and

then continue to fly over the building. However, three

unfortunate birds had believed the window was simply

another dimension of air, and trees, and freedom.

They, as we know it, were terribly wrong.

Windows are hard fucken pieces of glass which can

make your insides explode. After three terrible thuds,

the birds fell to the ground-- dead. Their bodies

intact, but their eyes bubbling a dark red.

And then I photographed them...

For the year-end project in Advanced Arts 30 IB,

I added these images into powerpoint, accompanying

a mourningful score and poetry I wrote to fit the theme.
