Name: Sandyz/fightn4life (I quit smoking October 23rd 2003 after 30 years of smoking 2 1/2 packs a day. I fight each day not to go back to feeding the demon as I live with a chain smoker)

Born: October Scorpio, year of the dragon, and a baby boomer

Interests: Writing, reading, oil painting, hiking, all the animal kingdom, Yoga, and observing people

I am a very spiritual person

Memory of yesterdays tidbits bout me

Storms that have passed some yet to come

Hiding from heartaches feet on the run

Pages that flutter as memories wake up

Life through rear windows coffee in a cup

Living on the edge written many years ago

A waltz from the past then time to let go

New dawn is waiting as darkness subsides

The past and the future for a moment collide

Tears and the laughter all tied in the mix

Pictures and words tell of life's little ticks

Lessons through life I have learned often tough

Those butterfly wings were diamonds in the rough
